'via Blog this'Just like I have been saying for almost 40 years ,its all been so these guys could protect their jobs ! This goes all the way back to the repeal of Prohibition ,when the G-Men concocted this Drug Problem that really was only a small problem ! They blew it way out of proportion and kept its BS up ,enlisting Politicians to go along with their rhetoric ! Then came the PLASTIC PEOPLE , who wanted HEMP taken out of the game and replaced with their polluting products ,caring not for the environment ,only for their Greed .Then came the Drug Cartels ,who know legalization or decriminalization will take millions maybe billions of dollars out of their corrupting criminal organizations !
So , the minute you see a Politician warning the Drug Problem will only get worse , vote them out , cause they are on the Criminal side of this debate. No matter how many billions we waste in the so-called War on Drugs , their is only one way to win. Take it out of their hands ,tax it , educate our Children , teach them that taking something recreational is one thing , Taking it to get straight ,is another and it will destroy you ! All drugs are different on what they do to your body , just like Alcohol or Nicotine , it may really do great damage ,even if you indulge moderately ! Everyone has a different tolerance and dependency ! As C,S,N&Y told us in song "Teach your Children Well"
It's time to stop making Criminals rich ,and people who are basically Good folks, Criminals .The money the Government will stop wasting and start making , out the DEA to work on Pollution Control and re-building the Country's decaying infrastructure ! Then put some of these Billions on medical Research to try to find cures for the other diseases & illnesses in the World ,that are trying to kill us !
