The Wizard was checking Flower Delivery in Pattaya for a friend and one of the on-line sites I went to was so busy they closed for orders till the 15th.....he's searchin' for an open one that will deliver today , that means he'll probably get one that'll take the order but deliver it late....that's known as Thai Time or better late-maybe never !!!
