New Orleans Brass Band - The Storyville Stompers - Traditional Dixieland Jazz Brass Band

The Wizard's favorite New Orleans Brass Band , it doesn't hurt that I'd sing a song or two with them....I met them after I had left New Orleans... in Steamboat Springs , Colorado...I booked them as a favor for my old departed friend ,boss & King ....Jim Monoghan of Molly's at the Market....who I posted a few lines about earlier in this month....I hope I get a Jazz Funeral from my buddies of Your Father's Mustache band in Denver....they got to ship me their from here in Thailand....I wanna be buried Down By The Riverside , Where The Mountain Is High and the Valley Is Deep......no urn for The Wizard....back to life....they got some music to hear at the site.....if you visit NO check out Molly's at the Market , Jim Jr. should know where or when they might be jammin'......!!!!!

'Carol Burnett Show' veteran Harvey Korman dies at 81 - USATODAY.com We lost a great comedian in Harvey , I posted a pic of his many skits partner Tim Conway of McHale's Navy fame....Somehow Tim always did somethin' un-re-hearsed to throw Harvey into an extreme fit of laughter....then watching poor Harvey try to hold his cool and not burst into laughter , especially if he was trying to get his next line out....RIP....!!

The Wizard thought you were a very funny man !!!!!

Help the Burmese people , sign this petition to the UN....I'm not lookin' on SNOPES , cause I hope this is real and the UN will either get those responsible to abdicate , open up for free elections or be charged with Crimes Against Humanity !

It's ashame it's not hooked up with the R&R Hall of Fame...or is it ??? Well they must have a Trippy ride or two....I still bet Coney Island in its heyday and today has the best Coaster.....If anyone goes there , let me know how you liked it....Please !.....Pix or Video would be excellent !!!

The Wizard's not so nuts....even the AP has put a story out on the Simon re-traction....although with a 12Mill. vote difference ...if true ....it's hard to say if Simon would have been a Kiss of Death for David Cook....but I still think since Simon not knowing and apologizing makes my theory...plausible...see the earlier posts the Wizard made, even blogged a poll from YOUTHINK.COM , its below this post !!!

I really believe Simon haters vote opposite of who he favors...quite unusual how he apologized to David Cook for being too hard on him the previous night...voting was over and he said both equally deserved it I think Simon on the eve of the finale acted to favor young David so David Cook wouldn't suffer from it...BB(More)

American Idol: Official FOX Site As The Wizard predicted David has won this year's AI , Cook that is ! The finalewas great one of the best ever , I enjoyed great performances by Donna Summer , Gladys Night & some new PIPS ( Ben Stiller,Jack Black and Robert Downey Jr. )....I missed the first 30 minutes , so I hope I didn't miss any great artists....Now if you watched the previous night's show , we heard Simon give his opinion that Young David had won the night and here's what I believe he did......He said that in order for the Simon haters to go vote the opposite way , I believe and so does Simon by his comments on the finale , when it wouldn't matter what he said , he apologized to David Cook for his comments the previous night and declaring he favored either finalist to win....So The Wizard has laid out to the net , Simon Cowell gives his kiss of death endorsement to Young David , So David Cook can win !!!!!

PS. The first 30minutes is on again ( great here in Asia how shows are repeated , in the USA , I guess you need Tivo , I think

that's what they call it....Mike Meyer's does a great comic takeoff on THE LOVE GURU......maybe he's comin' out with this title as a new flick.....!!!
